Almost perfect

This was listed at 10'x25' and that would be perfect for cover my 10' garden beds, all I had to do was cut it to the width I needed and put it down on the beds, perfect but after I cut it and went to put it over the beds it turned out it was only 9' wide. If it says ten feet and expect it to be 10 feet. Quality of the plastic seems good.
