This can be fixed! My solution - add a base
I read the reviews and looked at other customers photos. No doubt there is a lack of quality control on this product and in addition, there is a fundamental flaw in the design - the base is too narrow - which for some has caused the whole thing to be tippy when loaded up with bottles. I liked the idea of a rotating caddy to keep sauces, salt and pepper always within easy reach for my elderly mother who frequently complains about the food where she is living now. After reading the worrying negative reviews, I went looking for another rotating caddy and, finding none, decided I would roll the dice and hope to get a good one of these. The one I got was well painted and the bearings turned just fine. It wobbles a bit out of true vertical as it turns but nothing that would make it unsightly / crooked when stopped. However, it's obvious that the base is too narrow and that if my mother were to pull it towards her across the table, it could fall over with bottles going everywhere. I went to a local welder and asked him to cut me a 7 1/4" circle of sheet steel. I brought that home, cleaned it off with acetone and then sprayed it with Rustoleum Universal paint and primer in one - color metallic oil rubbed bronze. Then I took it and the rotating caddy back to the welding shop and had him spot weld it together in four places. The biggest pain was then getting paper and painter's tape to cover the caddy so I could then spray over the welds and touch up where the paint on my base had been damaged by the welding heat. (See attached pics). I left a hole in my green tape so I could rotate the base and spray through the hole to get at the silver colored welds. I spray painted outdoors using a paper bag to catch the overspray. It came out great. No chance at all of this thing falling over now as the 7 1/4" diameter base is just a bit narrower than the whole unit. I should not have had to do all this - the manufacturer should have adjusted the design and be selling them already built this way. But, until they get it right, this is at least one way to make the existing model work for you. If you decide to do this - be sure to paint the base before welding so you only have to touch up once it is attached to the caddy. Spray painting the entire top of the base through the caddy basket would be a mess. (Attached pictures are of the finished piece with the new base and of the touch up painting / masking).

Great little sprayer for my utility sink.
It works great for hosing things off, cleaning out the sink, and bathing my pets. I love the interrupt button when bathing pets. The only thing I didn't like, was that the wall mound hanger that came with it, didn't fit the sprayer, so I went without it.

Not what it Seems to Be
Was so looking forward to receiving this caddy & putting into use to help organize my counter top. Not even sure if the item I received was brand new or a possible return. It came shipped in the same box you would find on a retail store shelf & the inner plastic bag was not sealed & half off of the caddy. When I placed it on the counter it was crooked & when attempting to rotate it, it just wobbled all over. I placed my items on the caddy thinking it needed to be balanced but it made no difference - it just wobbled worse than before. I had really hoped this caddy would have worked as advertised but instead I am printing out the return label as I write this review and will continue my search for a "less crooked / wobbly" replacement. Sorry Mikasa this was not a good deal for me.

Not great quality
I like the looks and will keep it, but the one I received is either used or missing the finish on the wood. There is no sheen to it at all and it looks like its been washed/scrubbed, washed out. The bottom side of the ring is not completely even, which creates a little wobble, but cannot feel it when full. I am using it to keep cooking oils on my counter top. It is a perfect size for my needs and even fits the large bottle of olive oil.

Nice! But a little rickety
I really like this product. Its made out of steel and bamboo which I'm a fan of because I hate plastic, it's bad for the Earth. Metal and bamboo will last a really long time and it looks great. The only thing I don't like is it's a little bit rickety. The base is only about 2 and 1/2 in around and the whole top tilts back and forth quite a bit. If they fix the rickety issue it would be perfect!

Dissatisfied
That’s really upset when I opened the box. The wood part is tippy and imbalanced . The metal parts are deformed. Couldn’t believe it. Totally disappointed. So I returned and get my money back.

Nice but not the greatest.
Looks nice, but it is very tippy. Bought to bring condiments back & forth from the dinner table to the kitchen counter.. It rocks while it spins, not sure if mine is just defected, but taking off condiments off to use will cause it to tip & other bottles will fall over causing a mess. Really wanted to like it.

The media could not be loaded. I love this it’s exactly what I wanted. It sturdy and strong. It took very long to get that’s the only issue. But other than that I love it.
