Great patio Heater but when my GFI tripped didn't turn on anymore, I suggest the warranty

I was told the pull switch might be the issues, so I pulled it apart & by passed the switch No luck, waiting for a response 10/3/22 (purchased 02/21) Working with them as I write this: Result: We can offer you our one year warranty policy even if you out of it by a few months. See below the company’s policy for the one year warranty coverage. Customer need to send the defective product to the address below. We will either repair it or send you a new unit if we cannot repair it. Customer is responsible for shipping the product to our warehouse. Our company will pay for shipping the item back to you. FYI: we did nothing but use the product. I suggest is you purchase it to also purchase the warranty

Let the *HEAT* begin!

Okay, let's remember this is an infrared heater. It is a direct immediate heat focused on the area where the heater is pointed. All I can say is WOW! It works well for what I need. I would say the focus of the heat can be effectively felt up to six feet in front of the unit during a very cold day in the garage. There is a pull rope that acts as a quick shut off. There is a power button that pushed once activates one element for low, pushed twice activates the second element for high, pushed again and the unit shuts off. The remote control is sturdy and compact and controls the same features as the power button on the machine...low, high, off. The unit is very well constructed. Most of the heat radiates outward so the unit itself does not get excessively hot. I was pleasantly surprised by this. The mounting arm is also well constructed and flexible. The unit also has built in tilt features...all of this helps to keep the unit away from any combustible surfaces so long as you use common sense when choosing your mounting location. I would definitely purchase a second unit if the need arises.

Stopped working after 2 months

Website says that it is wall mountable. Nowhere, until you open the box and read the instructions, does it say "brick, concrete or other nonflammable material."

Excellent patio wall heater. It heats my screened porch very well. Assembly and installation was very easy.

The first one I order failed and the replacement I received under warranty works fine for a year now without issues. Heats well and remote works fine too.
