Ecotec 1.4l turbo owners!

You need this to change your turbo oil feed tube. It's an easy peasy job. Do it every 10th oil change. Amazon sells the replacement part for about 20 bucks. You need this for the banjo bolt. You also need an E10 socket. Recommend a 9" extension as well but not necessary. Quality and price on this is good.

Gets the job done. Worked great for my Harley compensator bolt. Held up to 175ft-lbs of toque. Definitely made last.

Packaging...

Just use a flat head screwdriver, butterknife, or any flat tool to wedge between the plastic and tool and work the plastic off of the socket. Really isn't complicated. The socket bit is of good quality. I bought the bit to replace the MAP sensor on my car and it worked as it's supposed to work. Still in perfect condition. I recommend this product if looking for a single socket.

Used it twice and it didn't break...

Need this for a differential oil replacement on a 2015 Subaru Forester. Worked to remove and then replace and tighten the fill plug on the front differential. Will need to use again after 60,000 miles or 5 years...

Difficult to remove from packaging

The packaging is very difficult to remove. The packaging is excellent to hang the product in the store, very secure! But unfortunately the hanging is not the only job the tool has to do. I needed my tool set to remove the beast that was attached, including cutters, chisel, hammer, etc The chopped pieces were flying all over, needed safety glasses... dreadful. And the picture on the product page on how to remove the packaging is wrong, very different packaging arrived. I guess teh invest a lot into packaging, better they would invest in making the tool better.
