Obsessed

I’ve been using this diaper bag for 5 months now. I don’t like huge bags, I like a stylish diaper bag and I have three kids so it’s needs to fit a good amount of stuff in it. This bag fits diapers for my two youngest, wipes, an extra outfit, a burp cloth, snacks, my wallet, phone, water bottle and 2 sippie cups WITH ROOM TO SPAIR. Not to mention the amazing lil diaper changing pad that it comes with that I plop down on those icky diaper changing stations. This bag usually stay on the back seat floor of my SUV and my oldest has to climb over it to get to the third row. The bag still looks absolutely flawless with him climbing over it and me putting it down on random surfaces and floors when I’m trying to gather my kiddos. It looks brand new still! And as most of you mamas knows, it’s hard to keep things nice when you have kids ???????? The bag is comfy to wear too. Literally wore it for 6 hours at Disney world a few weekends ago. 10/11 recommend. It’s entirely worth the price!

I’m so disappointed!

I contacted customer service because the vegan leather on my bag is pealing after just a few months of use. The best they can do is nothing? They said I must be rubbing it on rough surfaces. I have had another Itzy Ritzy bag and used it the exact same way and it has very little wear and tear on it after years of use. It was also vegan leather. The surface of the vegan leather is just peeling in places where there is not much friction. I am careful to take good care of my bags. I have really enjoyed being an Itzy Ritzy customer. As a mom of 7, I have carried their bags for years as well as used many other products including toys and pacifiers. I have sadly learned that the customer care is lacking. For an item to peel like this is unacceptable and not normal wear and tear. I guess their quality standards have lowered as well, previous bags did not do this. If they will only stand by products purchased directly from their website and not other merchants such as Amazon, what is the point of selling there? I will no longer purchase or recommend Itzy Ritzy.

Quality great in person!

Honestly this is the perfect size! I was worried it would be too small, but I am easily able to fit everything I need in it. It beats lugging around a huge diaper bag, and is a simple, not too flashy, style. The quality is great the cream color inside makes it super pretty and the straps are sturdy. I have only used it once so far, so I can’t speak to how it will hold up, but it seems to be made well.

Perfect for a toddler

I love this bag. I’m a mom of 3 but only need to bring things for my 18 month old. It fits cups on both side of bag without getting stuck pulling and putting them in. I have a pack of wipes , 6-7 diapers, a small makeup bag and a change of clothes. I could still put a few things in there too. I use a pacifier holder on the clip outside. The front pocket I have disposable bibs and could fit my car keys and smaller wallet. Definitely a nice bag for a mom transitioning from baby’s to toddlers.

Stop thinking about it and get it!!!

Seriously it’s an amazing bag!! I have a 12 month old and it’s the perfect size! I can’t say enough good things about it. I thought about it for a while but it’s worth it!

Perfect size for daily use

Once you are past the infant stage, this is the perfect size and plenty of room for the essentials. Side pockets hold a water bottle easily. Great quality and totally worth the splurge!

Amazing quality bag!

I absolutely love this diaper bag! My last one was nice but way too big it just kept getting heavier and heavier with all the non-essential things I was packing into it. This bag fits all of babys essentials along with the things I need to go out so it's a 2 in 1 bag for me. The quality is amazing and I love the look! I'm happy that they made a mini version. I couldn't be happier with this bag!! I just love it!!

Awesome quality!

LOVE my bag! Definitely my everyday bag. My old diaper bags were hurting my shoulder so much, even when they were barely full! This definitely holds more than you'd expect, but is also small enough that you're not tempted to over-pack. I like to travel light (a couple diapers in two sizes, wipes, wallet, keys, soothers, Kleenex, tylonel, sunglass, two contigo water bottles, maybe a small toy or snack) and there's room for all that plus more. Very durable - I'm clumsy and not at all careful with my stuff, and my dog has a bad habit of jumping all over my stuff and leaving claw marks, but after over month, there isn't a mark on this one! Only con is that at first my kids' contigo water bottles didn't fit in the outside pockets, but I forced them in and stretched the pockets out and now they fit great (and don't look stretched). If you're hesitating, don't! Especially if you pack light. Cheaper price and probably same quality as the other leather mini-backpack diaper bags out there.

Just purchased in Cognac for myself and Taupe for a friend!

This bag is absolutely gorgeous!!!!! So far I have been using it for my toddler, but I haven't used it for my upcoming second baby. Hopefully everything will fit in the bag! Contemplating on buying the cubes that are separately purchased. CONS: Does not come packaged with the stroller straps which some leading diaper bags have, considering the price of this item. I also could not buy it locally here at amazon.ca which is sad coz I really like matching accessories. Also, the cognac color does not have matching accessories from the manufacturer unlike the other colors.

Glad I splurged

This bag is awesome! It’s high quality and stylish. I can fit a bottle, burp cloth, diaper clutch, wallet, nursing pads, pacifier wipes, and a change of clothes for my baby and 3 year old. It’s small enough that you don’t feel like you are hauling luggage around with you but big enough to fit the essentials. Worth the money

Cant Wait to Use it!

Very good quality right out of the box. Looking forward to using this bag. I am more of a minimalist so I didn't want the larger model of this Itzy Ritzy diaper bag, and this one still has a ton of room! We plan on only having one child so it works for us. You might want the bigger one if you have more kids :)

Beautiful bag

I really wanted this bag to work for me! I love itzy ritzy —they have the best storage and function but I really needed a bag that had a front pocket that could fit all my mama stuff but the front pocket doesn’t open big enough and I’d be jamming things in there. Also the straps were just basic leather straps that weren’t as comfy as I’d like. With all this being said, I returned it. But it’s a YES for organization and style.
