Good for trimming use

I would say this product is good for lower abdomen trimming use, have noticed slight slimming of the area. It does make that area sweat. It gives some light support for the back as well; it is not a super strong back support but will give you some. If you are looking for a lifting back support, you should probably buy something else. I thought this would be both a trimmer and a strong back support but it's mainly just a stretchy material.

This is a must to have when you’re working out

I have to say this is a product you should have if you work out if you lift heavy things or you need some back support to relieve back pain. I love this ever since I purchased this product and I’ve been using it. It provides excellent back support when I’m lifting weights, heavy weights keeps my center core nice and tight. honestly no back pain.

This is very good. If you want dripping sweat on your waistline when you do cardio I recommend this item. Holds on well around the waist.

Nice, but smaller then advertised.

Bought the men's version for back issues and it's supposed to be 9 inches wide. Seemed small so I measured it and it's only 7.75 inches vs the advertised 9" inches wide.

Best Belt Ever

I’ve purchased many of these belts and this one is by far the most comfortable and supportive. Also the Velcro is perfect and can’t rub your skin. Fit is also great. Buy it!

Dad Loves it

I bought this for my father with a bad back for back support as his old one was ruined, and he loves it. He says the Velcro stays and unlike the other ones where the whole end is Velcro this one has a round tab end that's Velcro, so the ends don't stab you when you bend over. He says it has a lot of support and covers his whole lower back.

Pros: Adjustable fit - one size fits most. Flexible and comfortable materials. Good compression - does not restrict core movement during workout. Non-slip against skin but slight movement if worn above fabric. Acts as good reminder to concentrate on core. Raises temperature around core area and improves workout. Helps with motivation. Cons: Be prepared for the rubberized smell that lasts for a few uses. Do not expect posture support. Traps moisture close to skin and continuous extended use may cause irritation. Atrracts moisture and takes a few hours to dry. Overall: Love the product. Good buy.

Material is better than expected

I have tried similar products and had no higher expectations with this one, but this one turned out better than expected, good material & comfortable. I use it when I have to wear suit and to fit in to it

Really great product! Keep my core tight and hot

Really great product! Keep my core tight and hot. During long 10mile runs, I always noticed the little bit of chub around my abs would always be very cold, this stops all of that and keeps everything very hot. I really love this product and keeps my feeling comfortable. Been using for 30+days, no smell (but make sure to let it dry after use), velcro seems to be holding up (woot). Would recommend.

Great product!

Sweats great. Supports the back. Feels good, comfortable to wear while working out. Doesn't roll in when you do crunches. Not too thick so you can hide it under your shirt. The lock is located at the middle part of it's end so it would not irritate your skin. Great quality for a cheap price. Love this product!

MAKES YOU SWEAT!

So i bought this as my trainer recommend it, makes my sweat like crazy!! I'm 5'5 130lbs so I'm not the biggest girl, but after 2 kids, i def need some toning!! Some reviewers said it only made them sweat in the stomach and they weren't sweating anywhere else, i found that i was still sweating as much as i usually would on other parts of my body, but on my stomach i def. noticed a HUGE amount of sweat!! LOVE IT! its not uncomfortable to have on for a few hours, i wear it under my tank top and you can't tell i have it on The only thing i would change about this is that it does NOT cover your whole mid section, so the top half is still uncovered but since i loved this so much, i decided to buy another one, so now i have two for my mid section, and i overlap them when i work out!!
