Overall A good Buy But...

My unit arrived in great condition yesterday but when I went to put the wheels on, one of the wheel pods is missing the actual wheel. it came out of the factory seal this way. I have emailed the after care support with no answer so far. I wish that the adjustment bar was to the back and not to the front because its easy to knock it off trying to remove files. but overall its exactly what I needed for my small home office for my business that just needs to keep a couple of paper records. The other thing is the support wheel on the file cabinet drawer comes off easily after being screwed in and I had two screws that seem to be cut wider than the others and wouldn't quite screw in the wheels. If I could get the company to send me another wheel as well as 3 more screws I am willing to move this to 4 stars.

Nice small filing cabinet but arrived frustratingly incorrectly assembled

This seems like a nice small filing cabinet and the fit and finish is above average. Packaging was very good and metal reinforced braces in the box to prevent damage. Frustratingly the top two drawers were assembled incorrectly and the drawers were so misaligned they wouldn’t open or close completely. I started a return but realized that boxing and taking it to the ups store wasn’t worth it. It took about fifteen minutes to pull the drawers apart, realign everything and now it works well but not the best first impression

Love this file cabinet!!

I was in need of a cabinet that would fit under my desk and had the ability to house hanging files and office supplies. This file cabinet fit the bill perfectly! The top 2 drawers hold memo pads, clips, etc...while the 3rd drawer holds the hanging files. Keep in mind that due to its compact size, the space for hanging files is limited. I just needed something with enough space so I could remove the hanging files from my desk. I am very pleased with this purchase!!

Super cute file cabinet is good for small spaces

This file cabinet was well packed and arrived damage free. It’s easy to squeeze into a small space, required no assembly, and is attractive and sturdy. The only drawback is it’s smaller than I thought it would be, so only my most important things will be locked safely inside (comes with two keys).

Perfect for my space

It looks really nice. I have a corner desk in my small unit and needed a small filing cabinet for an equally small space. It's awesome. Truthfully, I think I could have bought one that is wider, but I was worried about my space and I'm really happy with it. I'm 70, so I chose the one that was mostly put together. The space it gives me is perfect. I admit that the file drawer does take a little bit of getting used to since the files are in vertically instead of horizontally, but something has to give when you buy smaller. That means you have to pull it almost all the way out to place and retrieve files. I would recommend and buy again if I needed one. I bought the white one. It looks very clean, neat and very sturdy.

Great slim stylish cabinet

Came well packaged, and was delivery tested:) Personally watched delivery guy drop it and feared the worst, but unscathed. The top drawers hold enough office material. Lower drawer is most efficiently used for legal size but can accommodate letter using the adjustable hanger. Great product. If a filing cabinet can get away from being drab, this is it.

Disappointed

Good compact filing cabinet and like the front wheel to balance it when open. Having issues unlocking it as drawers don't line up, so have to lye it on it's back to free them. Very heavy when full. Packaging was burst on arrival and back of unit is bashed. Decided to keep it because I needed something urgent but I am disappointed.

Arrived damaged, TWICE

This cabinet is very good looking and sturdy, apart from the part where it can't apparently be delivered without getting damaged in the process. First time I ordered it, the cabinet was visibly hit in multiple places, the drawers completely skewed (unable to even close correctly) and the cabinet looked close to destroyed. I ordered a replacement, which arrived very quickly. The second one's condition is much better... compared to first one. It's only hit in one place, and only a single drawer damaged. Still - unacceptable, so going to return the second one as well. Will better try my luck with IRL shopping for cabinets.
