Runs 2 full size smaller than regular work shirts, including black version of the same shirt.

This shirt is about 1/2 to 1 size smaller than regular tees, and about 2x smaller than work shirts (Carhartt). Weird thing is that I also bought a black version of this shirt and it fits kinda big. If you want to wear this shirt normally, then buy your normal size (although kinda dingy looking). If you want to wear this for work, then you will have to size up because these arent relaxed fit shirts and they run small.

Shrunk considerably

I love Wolverine brand products (Dickie's, too). This Guardian Pocket Tee has everything I like in T-shirt style: breast pocket, pen slot, and, especially, side vents at the bottom of the shirt (Dickie's does not have the side vents). Fit great out of the box, but then I washed it. I like room through the chest and sleeves. That was gone after the wash. To Wolverine's credit, I read the Guardian Pocket Tee description on their website, which indicates "Provides a closer fit through the shoulders and chest that still leaves room for comfortable movement." I think the "still leaves room for comfortable movement" part can be different for everybody. Not comfortable for me. So after the wash, it fits like a skinny T-shirt, which is the popular style right now with tight sleeves, very form-fitting. I don't like the new popular style. I like roomy T-shirts. I'm not sure how to proceed with future purchases of this shirt. Maybe I will purchase and extra-large in the future and see how it fits after the wash, or maybe I won't purchase it again. Anyway, love the style, love the Wolverine brand quality, but shrunk too much for me. Thanks for reading.

Sleeves too short, neck is too stretched, as you can see in the video.

The media could not be loaded. The sleeves are short, and the neck got too stretched after the first wash, as shown in the video. A little bit small. Please ignore the body informal on the bottom. It didn't let me edit it.. I'm 5’9”, and my weight is 215. I ordered XXL

Cheaply cut, TOO SHORT to wear after first wash

After just one wash the front of this shirt barely reaches my beltline. Upper body shrinkage was also considerable would would still be able to wear if the length was there. This shirt is now so short it looks like I'm wearing a size or two sizes too small.

Only t shirt I will wear.

I am 6' tall and about 185 lbs. I wear t shirts every day. they need to have a pocket. Over the decades I have bought every brand I have ever seen. NONE of em were the size they claimed. Mediums that were too big. X large that were way too small. Like goldylocks? I have found the perfect fit. large. Large fits me like a glove. perfect! wash em? still fits perfect. tag is on the side. does not rub your neck raw. Feel is great. sleeves are just the right length. and conform to your upper arm. at this point I own about a dozen and a half in various colors.
