Cheap, and inexpensive, but it works okay so far.

Rather flimsy, especially considering the price. The unit (A/C) is great. I am very unimpressed with the remote however. We don't use it all that often, and we have gone through three remotes in about two years.

Great remote

My puppy chewed the original remote that came with my air conditioner. I ordered this remote hoping it would work with my air conditioner and it does! It came with the battery, I just had to pull the plastic pieces to use it, no programming or anything needed, works right away.

Good remote

Needed a new battery upon arrival, but works great with my AC! I feel like this is a little more on the expensive side just for a remote, but it arrived timely and is in great condition.

It is great. It replaces the original that came with my ac/heat unit. It works just like the original one.

Was easy to set up and being able to use it ...

Purchased a used A/C unit without the remote. The A/C does have an app to control it. But this remote is a "must have". Was easy to set up and being able to use it across the room is terrific.
