Kept my dog warm

Bought these for a winter camping trip. They look like several small handwarmers sewn together, if you are wondering. We ended up putting this under a blanket for our dog to sleep on during a camping trip in the snow. He LOVED it and slept comfortably through the night. Obviously, If your dog chews up everything in sight, I would not recommend this use. But, for our dog this thing was amazing. These are also great for outdoor sporting events at night.

Great for sporting events!

I take these to my son’s baseball tournaments and when used under a blanket, these are an excellent source of warmth on cold winter mornings. They are so easy to use and warm up within 15 minutes. It’s a great idea to simply keep these on hand for any outdoor activities or in case of an emergency like a power outage during cold months.

Extra large for extra cold days

I used this product for my daughters softball tournaments when it’s freezing outside. It gets warm and stays warm for a long time! It’s extra large and fits your lap but definitely not a huge as I was expecting. I thought it would be about the size of a baby blanket but it was actually about the size of a handkerchief. Still worked well and we used on our chest/arms. Some of us even sat on them to warm our rears haha! Only reason I gave it four stars was because it takes a while to heat up. I would suggest opening the package to activate the product 30-40 min before you actually need it.

They last and get screaming hot

I purchased these for my feral cat for some cold nights we had. 1st let me say that they last and I do mean last. The 1st one I checked it the next day 12 hours later it was still extremely hot. Because they activate with oxygen I simply took it broke apart all the crumbles insthe crumbles inside shook it up a lot and set it down it got extremely hot again. If you were to use these on a camping trip or in an atmosphere that you needed to keep your back warm or your legs warm in a cold building whatever the reason these really are amazing. Because they are activated by oxygen you can put them in a ziploc bag and the activation will halt keepaul's keep in mind you cannot put them in an enclosed area that's tight with no air they won't continue to stay hot. Be careful with pets and young children because when I say they get screaming hot I mean it!! I put a pad over the top and the cat laid on them for several days I changed them out when they got cold it's cold I made sure that the pad was allowing air to get around it and I would shake them up leave them out and put them back. I did feel the price of $10 was too much you you can get the hand warmers for about 99 cents or a $50 at the local big Box ox and I did get these on sale or I would not have purchased $60 worth of them I think the original price was 10 or $12. If you're going to use them for a camping trip and only need them for 2 or 3 nights no big deal I guess. I needed them for an extended period for the cat. Bottom line these things work. Just remember to shake them up and make sure they get oxygen in between all the little granules and let them sit for a little while within 30 minutes those things are HOT! ???? If need be you could also separate these by cutting in between them. I halved a couple to save money. Hope this helps!
