Good quality and value

This set is so much better than the cardboard boards. The pieces are adequate but nothing fancy. This price is great for the sturdy wooden boards.

Missing checker pieces

1 white and 1 black checker pieces were missing. Amazon replaced the package in 1 day. Overall we are satisfied with the product.

Hours of Fun with the same game set

This 7 in 1 game combo board is a huge value. Chinese checkers, Chess, checkers, and backgamon are known favorites. Ludo, a game I think I knew as a child, but re-learned by purchasing this set. Don't forget dominos. A game which for some reason was seen as a hard to understand game, but the instructions for dominos that came with this set make it so simple and is fun to play. The board is well built. The only thing that would make my overall rating 5 stars is if it would have been build out of hard wood instead of particle board, but then it would cost over twice as much. So this IS a great value. Don't be dismayed at the packaging, because it could be packaged a little better to protect the board, but if it comes damaged, use your ability to return it and get another one. I know that's a pain, but sometimes you gotta do it. Have fun!

Great idea

I like the multi-games it came with. I believe it is a nice set to give as a gift especially during a pandemic when almost everyone is home. This set can bring new enjoyment to any family by keeping the family together without TV, computers, and phones. We purchase it for the ludo. The set did advertise as being small. We were not expecting it to be this small, one cannot throw dice on the board when playing ludo. We are very excited about learning how to play the other games. I gave it a 4 star because AMAZON SEEMS TO BE DOING A LOT OF FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ON ITEMS DESCRIPTIONS. The set is not made of stackable sturdy wood as describe. The set is not very sturdy. It is made of press wood and needs to be handle with care if one wants to keep it for a bit. It came varnish, which gives it a bit of shine and that is already peeling. It is an overall great idea. I wish it was a bit bigger, made of wood, and have a child safety lock to prevent it from falling out.

Good Little Set, Nice Variety of Games for the Price and the Pieces are NOT too Small! Except the Dominoes... Those are Pitiful.

I gotta say that right out of the box, this is a pretty nice little game set. Some people reviewed it poorly, but you get what you pay for. I have seen much cheaper sets, for not much less, I have also seen this EXACT SAME set retailing elsewhere for almost twice the price! So I certainly don't think this is worth $70 or $80, but it is definitely worth the $33 I paid. I like that it comes with so many games, instead of just 4 or 5. At least for the money, you are getting a fair variety. As other reviewers said, yes it is unfortunate that it does not come with printed instructions for the games, that would be nice. But, it is not a seller or Amazon issue. I did my research. This set does not come with instructions no matter where you get it from. That is just the way they packaged it. Doesn't matter if you buy it from Amazon, Target, Toys-R-Us or Kohls, no instructions. Life goes on. Just Google how to play each game individually. I actually like the design of storage for the set, it is very appropriate. Mine came with all the pieces, dice, etc., and I don't think the pieces are too small. In fact, my husband bought a $15 set that he promptly returned because the chess pieces were ridiculously cheap and puny. The chess pieces of this set are actually of a reasonable size, so he likes it, and we are keeping it. The dominoes.... okay, those are kind of a joke. But again, the whole set is $30 bucks, so don't expect a whole lot. I actually love that this set is similar to one my mom had as a display set when I was a kid. I loved it. I remember when my brother and sister and I were bored, we would just sit down, take the top off and pull out the pieces to whatever we wanted to play. It's actually a wonder we never lost any of the pieces. This set is just like a walk down memory lane, this is nice enough to actually display on a coffee table, without being so nice that you don't want the kids to touch it. We are happy letting ours learn all the games and play them together as a family. So me personally, I love the set. It is exactly what i'd expect for the price. Strong wood box

Strong wood box that carries all pieces. Color is a little stark but doesn’t become a problem with games. The rule booklet that came with the set is extremely small lettering and could have been made larger. Otherwise pleased with set.

Missing a playing piece.

This is a great value for money, but is missing a small checkers token, as seen in the photo. Only options is to return the whole thing, and as this was a gift and has been given, its super annoying. If they can just send the replacement tokens instead it would be easier. Other than an incomplete set, nice looking board.

Nice and with good quality

It's well done , practical and good quality. I like it and I would buy it again. The chess has little wooden pieces, they are not bad but I wish they were bigger and with basic details on them: The queen doesn't have a crown, the king doesn't have the cross and bishops are too similar to the pawns.
