Runs Small!!

I ordered a size medium 8-10 thinking this would be big enough to fit my oldest daughter for the dance season. It fits my 2 1/2 year old for her dance classes, my youngest wears a size 4-6 in dance leotards. To be safe I would order at least one size up from what you normally would. Great leotard though!!

Sizing is so wrong

The sleeves of this leotard are not in proportion to the rest of it. My 5 year old normally wears a 6 to fit her long arms. I sized up to the 8/10 because I know these run small. Unless your child has stick thin arms (and maybe not even then), this won't fit. I couldn't even pull the sleeves up.

No problems with shipping, color etc. It was as expected. FIrst one was too small even when I used the sizing chart to order and my daughter is tiny.

My daughter is 6 and the 8-10 was too small. Had to return it. But it seemed like nice quality.

Order two sizes up.

After reading the other reviews I ordered the 8/10 for my almost 5 year old. Glad I got this size because its pretty much just right. A size smaller wouldn't have fit at all probably. The sleeves are a bit tight still but its ok. If you order it big enough to compensate for the strange sizing, its actually a pretty good leotard.
