Other people have said it, I believe, but after a time, the rod on this stops moving in and out. You can hear the motor trying to move but the rod just gets stuck somehow. Pass On This Item

I just received this item today. The assembly was easy, so I will give it 2 stars for the user friendly assembly. Otherwise, this is a cheap, poorly made product. You can get a better experience from a handheld device. This is definitely not worth 500 dollars I would think 150-200 at most. I would recommend passing on this item. Spring for a better, we'll know machine. There is no option for return, so buyer beware! I hate that I don't head my own advice.

there was one screw on knob that was difficult, and it's a bit louder than expected, but it works perfectly. however i would not recommend using the dildos it comes with, they both smelled really weird, and the controller being a vibrating dildo is also kind of weird.

No help!

After three uses the controller will go to top speed only.I contacted the seller to see if I could buy a new controller and this is their reply"Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear the speed controller is no longer working. Unfortunately we have a thirty day warranty period from the time of delivery. Unfortunately it is more then a full month outside of that time frame. I do apologize but we will not be able to assist you with replacing the item. "I wasn't asking for a replacement for free , just a purchase to get this unit working properly.I also contacted the company who made the product and have heard nothing.I now own a $469. Paper weight.

Don't do it! No refunds, and limited use!

I have used this for about 10 hours, and mostly on low speed. The motor has frozen up and I have just learned that I can't send it back and get a refund! DO NOT BUY THIS! You will be wasting a LOT of money.

This is a big waste of money! I purchased awhile ago only had occasion to use it maybe 4-5 times and it basically fell apart from the inside out this has cheaply made PLASTIC components that make up the drive mechanism and it completely broke apart and is now taking up room and totally useless.
