ALL RUBBER, VERY LIGHTWEIGHT AND BAD FOR JUMPING

Ok, so most jump ropes, if they say "cable" means that it has a steel cable inside. This one is all rubber. Not only that, because it's all rubber, if the wind blow slightly when you're outside, this thing can't withstand the strength of the wind and messes with your workout. Absolutely terrible buy. Just get a Champion jump rope.
