Careful when cooking on gas stove

as brand new, it burned my fried rice fried rice into a black crisp and it's hard to clean the stuck black burns on the pan even when using bar keeper's friend. I would recommend cooking on gas stove on a very very low setting (but who does that!? it's a wok that should be on high burning hot flames) or use a cast iron/stainless steel flame tamer to avoid bottom scorches. big plus for big design though for a big family.

Large and solid

We had to replace our cast iron wok because its base didn't work with our new induction stove. This wok is a suitable replacement--and will only get better as we use it and improve its non-stick capacities. Heats well and its large size is a bonus.

Burns on any setting other than low

This pan is so thin that even with oil everything burns unless it is kept on low setting. Love the size of it but food takes way too long to cook on low

Great wok i wish it had a wooden handle though because it gets too hot
