ALMOST IMMEDIATE PAIN RELIEF ????

My back was broken in three places three years ago after being thrown from a horse. I recovered and can walk by the grace of God, but I am in constant pain due to muscle spasms. I hate taking Advil all the time and I refuse to take pain pills so I use these massage balls when I’m sitting at my desk, I’ll use them on the floor under my back when I’m hanging out with my kids, and even the the relief doesn’t happen right away, within three minutes of taking them off my back it doesn’t hurt anymore. My sister introduced me to myofascial release almost 20 years ago and she used tennis balls. These massage balls are much harder and provide a lot more relief. Try them - you won’t be disappointed. (And, yes, they do smell weird when you first open the package but the smell goes away quickly.)

Peanut ball is flimsy and smells awful

Echoing other reviewers about the smell-- it's a very overpowering cloying smell, like if you got an entire bottle of cheap fabric softener spilled on you. The peanut connection in the middle is pretty flimsy and it would probably only last a few months with regular use, so I'll be wrapping the whole thing in medical tape to make sure it stays together. Overall it's not a bad product, but the smell alone is worth paying for a more expensive product from another seller.

Good size for self deep tissue

I was kind of excited to try these massage balls. At first they hurt because I guess I was not using them correctly but after a few videos, I started to like the way they feel for leg massages. Using them on my back they seem to be too much.

I have horrible foot pain daily and these have really helped with rolling them out. I wish they had come with a bag though to store them in, they just came loose in the box.

Perfect size

These are great to keep in your gym bag or purse or car for easy access to them. My boyfriend has a muscle gun that we like to use but these have been great for on the go or spots that are difficult to tend to. I work from home on a computer all day so my shoulder blades tend to burn sometimes. I’ll put one of these balls in between me and my desk chair and massage while working. It helps a ton!

These massage balls are life savers, they bring so much relief and target specific areas that tend to get sore after an intense workout or when you're feeling stiff! Using one of these in the evening after a shower, leaves you feeling calm, relaxed and relieved. You will want to continue this routine daily! Plus its great to massage out those sore and tired muscles

I actually did a promo for this product on my Instagram, it was amazing! I gave one ball to my sister, both her and my 7 year nephew love it lol. I was surprised of how well it actually worked, plus three for the price is not bad compared to others. Definitely recommend!

Horrific smell!

I ordered the black peanut lacrosse ball. When I opened the package I noticed a very strong artificial fragrance. There were 2 little blue packets of powder that seemed to be causing it, so I threw those out and washed the ball with some dish soap. But the smell will not go away! I dont want it to get on anything else, its genuinely terrible. The stuff headaches are made of

These have a VERY strong fragrant smell. Very unpleasant.

I bought the peanut ball for myofacial release. The balls are sturdy enough and work well. When they arrived they were packed with what looked like two wash detergent balls with the very very strong fragrance. I tried to use them today and the fragrance is so overpowering that it made me nauseous and gave me a headache. I would NOT recommend purchasing if you have any sensitivity to smell.
