Cut with a broken laser or left-handed scissors?

Helvetica is known for its clean lines, its geometry, and versatility. These stencils are the opposite of all of those traits. The letter edges aren't, in some places they're even jagged. Some of the letters (the lower-case "e" in particular) were cut at different angles. So instead of an evenly spaced width, the stroke would be wide at one end and then one of the sides would angle into a very thing connecting point. Absolutely awful workmanship. Perhaps if you wanted to create a "grunge" or "post-apocalyptic" version of Helvetica, then these might do the trick. They honestly look like a right-handed kid in 2nd grade got stuck with the left-handed scissors and tried to cut out the letters from a thin piece of blue plastic. I'd return these, but I wouldn't want them to be resold as "used" to some unsuspecting consumer. They're going in the rubbish bin.

If you re buying stencils seek STURDY THICK RIGID PLASTIC - PAY THE EXTRA MONEY

The font is nice but way overpriced because the stencils are NOT STURDY AND RIGID. When you are doing precise stencil work you don't want the stencil flopping around when you put pressure on the edge of a number or letter. If you're looking for rigidity stay away. These must have cost 20 cents each to create and look what they charge. Markup is ridiculous. Live and learn. Overall these garbage and useless for the reasons I outlined. Live and learn.

Terrible Quality cut-outs

Ok, so after looking at the photos in the product description I took the time to call the manufacturer and specifically asked if the photos look right, as they look terrible. He said it's just the quality of the photos and that the line quality is perfect. But see for yourself what the product looks like in real life. This is NOT a Helvetica stencil that can be used for any kind of serious work. Surprisingly, photos of the larger sized versions look MUCH better. Unfortunately, this is the size I was looking for.

These are so thin!

I have one of those 12 packs or whatever of the white letter stencils and I was hoping to get some stencils that were a little thicker and more sturdy. Buying these was a huge mistake. The letters look okay, though the cuts left the thin material really rough, but the material is so thin that pressing against the cut-outs with your pencil/pen ever so gently pushes the stencil away, distorting the letter. I rate this Trash/10.
