Easy to use and made for pretty holiday nails!

I ordered these wanting something a little more subtle than your standard brightly-colored nail decals for the holiday season. And only once I received them did I realize that these were actually "water tattoos" and not decals with adhesive that I was more accustomed to...completely my fault for not reading, I was just so happy to find pretty white snowflakes that would work with just about any base nail color. For those who have never used water tattoos for your nails or think they will be difficult to handle, fear not! These could not have been more simple to use and unlike many decals, they are super thin and don't require a thick top coat to cover the edges and what I can only call "lumpiness" that typical decals cause. To apply: Cut out the designs you wish to use...no need to be fancy here as all you are doing is separating the design from the sheet, they all are pre-cut to begin with and once you place the desired design in water, it separates from the backing paper within seconds. I used a tweezers to pick up the design from the small bowl of water I had handy. If at all possible, use a dark-colored bowl as it will make the snowflakes much easier to spot. Place tattoo on nails wherever you would like. I found that dipping the nail I was about to work on in water gave me plenty of time to move the snowflake around until I was happy with its position. If you are using more than one tattoo per nail, a small brush dipped in water to wet the nail where placement is desired works well too! Let dry, use top or finishing coat and you're done. I use light-curing gel polishes and it is important to use a nail cleanser to remove the sticky residue before applying the tattoo as they will not want to move to be re-positioned if the nails are tacky. I did many different snowflake nail designs throughout the last few holiday seasons and still have plenty left 4 years later!
