Fits My Needs

Fast delivery. Well made product, very sturdy. I use Kettlebells and other equipment, but not too experienced with Maces and so on. I'm short and it's very long, but still usable. I got the 5 pounder, to try it. It's almost too heavy, at that length, for one arm work, but too light for two hand work, if you want a heavier weight. For me, it does work for both of those, for my (mostly mobility) purposes. I have a lighter DIY version I'll use, and then the 5 pounder, and a heavier rubber ball ended version, so I will be able to use it. I'm glad I got this weight because it fits my needs. I haven't tried hammering a tire yet, which was one of my ideas, but it seems sturdy enough if I want to try it.

As a new user of this style of workout you want to be very careful. This is heavy to sling around and having a knowledge o tge equipment is important.

Good Budget Mace

This is a good mace overall. Negatives: My only gripes are fairly small. Upon arrival I noticed this mace had either been dropped or used previously. It had several ding and paint chips on the side. This doesn't affect use and it's merely cosmetic but when you pay for new you don't expect it to be beat up when you buy it. Also the flat face for standing it up was out of alignment soat first I thought the handle was bent. It wasn't it just looks crooked when standing. Positives: Weight is dead accurate I checked it with my home scale and it's 20lb on the dot. The knurling for grip is perfect blend of grip so it doesn't fly out of your hands and smooth for hand switching and transitions. Overall if your just starting out this is a good mace and the few little issues don't really take away from the overall value. It's not a premium mace and it has a few flaws but it will work great for whatever mace work you intend to do.

Great price

This mace is solid. The plastic end-cap did not align properly and was digging into my hand. I had to trim it to fit better but overall it’s a solid purchase, will definitely buy again

Product is as expected. Small chip in the black exterior of the mace is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Does not effect functionality, only aesthetic

Better than expected

Reading other reviews had me on the fence about buying one of these maces. It arrived well bubblewrapped, and the weld looks perfect. There’s some kind of grit rolling around inside the hollow handle, that might be normal, doesn’t bother anything. The knurling on the handle is effective without being overly aggressive for some movements.

Aggressive grip, quality for the price

Nothing negative to say about it, looks very clean on the finish side, I assume it's a perfect weld because I can't see it at all. The grip is a bit aggressive, not sure if it's a good thing

Heavy mace, finish is scratched and chipped.

Not sure if this is just mishandled during shipping or production but my mace is scratched up. It still functions as intended, just looks ugly.
