The was packaged nicely, and came with a protective film over the stainless steel to protect from scratches. Installing was easy, but I had to make a modification to mine. Overall, Im impressed with the Vent. I would recommend.

Ok but beware

Added this hood to our kitchen with a major remodel. Shipped fast and packaged safely. It was installed and looks great. First thing on functionality is the led panel is very bright. When selecting any icon for use the beep is shockingly loud. The next thing is the clock operates in 24 hrs and at a slower pace than our range clock. The fan speeds are great with the f3 setting ready to suck out any odor or smoke, f2 is good and f1 runs quiet enough to hold a conversation. Overall it looks good and functions properly with exception of time running slower on the clock.

Great buy!

The exhaust hood was super easy to install. We did have to Cut the hole in our exterior cinder block wall, which was the hardest part of the install. The fan is quiet, looks great! Love it!

Got What I Paid For- Less than Name Brand

This product works; but is lower quality that the seller claimed over the phone. After several rounds of email with seller having to wait for feedback from the manufacturer in China; nothing was resolved after one month and seller now ignores me. Rush ordering was a waste of money. There are stains in the steel from the manufacturing process that nothing the seller has suggested will remove. There are also scratches that go in every direction rather than the uniform grains in a name-brand product. I'd still rather have the lower quality at a lower price; but would have appreciated truer claims, more accountability, and integrity.
