Another iconic Alessi design which will stand the test of time.

This is a very stylish salt shaker. I have a larger grinder type salt dispenser for salt crystals but wanted one which takes table salt. This is perfect for my needs. It opens easily by twisting the bottom and the cap easily comes away. (No tricky cap which you have to prise off with a knife!) Don’t forget to put your finger over the hole when filling it! It feels solid and sturdy and is a beautiful iconic Alessi design. The white salt can be discreetly seen through the holes so you are able to gauge how much salt is left. I personally am not keen on the size of the Alessi logo which it has on one side but I just display it on the counter with this turned to the back so it can’t be seen. This is quite a small shaker so check the dimensions. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend. I am now saving up for the matching pepper mill.
