You can't buy extra parts!!!

I sure wish I had known that I wouldn't be able to purchase extra tips for this steamer. It did a great job cleaning the grout in my house. However, I went through THREE of the cleaning tip brushes. Only to find out that you can't get replacements. Very sorry I purchased this and will be smarter the next time I make a purchase like this. ** Changing to four stars because steamer works well. Still can't get replacement parts, unfortunately I can't seem to make the seller understand what that means.

Steam worked great

I bought this to clean my shower doors. It did not take off the soap scum. Had to use a cleaner that worked and then cleaned to doors. The squeeze didn't work great but the cleaner sponge did take off the water spots. For using on the tile, the other ridge prevents the cloth from picking up dust and pet hair. I would rather use a mop. Did not go flat to get under the vanity. Haven't tried it yet on the stove. Steam sprayer seems adequate. Good for light cleaning. Cord was a bit short making it awkward to clean glass in the shower even though I used an outlet in the bathroom.

STEAM CLEANER

I HAVE STARTED MY SPRING CLEANING WITH THIS AWSOME LITTLE STEAM CLEANER. IT PACKS A PUNCH, I WOULD GIVE IT A 10 IF I COULD. THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING IS THAT THE CORD IS WAY TOO SHORT. I HAVE NEVER SEEN MY TUB SO CLEAN! I HAVE ALL HARDWOOD AND TILE FLOORS AND THIS STEAM CLEANER HAS OUTSHINED ALL OF THEM. I CANNOT WAIT TO USE IT AGAIN. I AM DISABLED WITH BAD BACK. I STILL HAVE ENERGY TO CLEAN MORE BUT I MUST GO TO THE BANK. FOR THE MONEY, IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNEY.

Canister steamer

Was hoping this was the answer to my dreams! But it fell a little short. Small amount of water can be inserted. The steam gets pretty hot, but runs out of water fast and can't refill it until steam has been used up. Disappointed.

Very good steamer for carpets, floor and all grimes

I used it to clean my carpets which you use the microfiber cloth and a plastic rim goes over it the attachment are all included, I did not saturate my carpets, I first vacuumed, use my electric scrubber- sprayed disinfectant then scrubbed 1x , then did a steam over my carpets, and I'm using the steamer as a refresher for my carpets so I put some essential sage oil in the water to freshen my carpets since I have two large dogs and a cat. Works great! Takes the odor out of my house and makes my carpets look fresh, it sounds like a lot of work but I only clean my carpets once a week and I enjoy the way my house feels and looks after doing this ritual. I had some water left in my steamer so I used it to clean my walls and crevices using the same cloth (hand washed and rinsed) and using the bristle brush to clean kitchen grimes, and wall corners and cabinets, great steamer, house feels fresh and clean

No spare parts to purchase

I loved this little cleaner until I contacted the company to inquire about purchasing more brush heads and they're saying they don't sell the parts separately ????. I'd return but I'm past the return date unfortunately.
