Well made

These are by far, the best baking pans I've ever owned. They are heavy weight pans that bake beautifully.

9" Round USA set of 2 +1 single

I ordered this set of 2 pans along with one single 9" pan for making 3 layer cakes. The pans have a nice weight and wash nicely by hand and dried instantly. Why the 4 stars? Each pan has a different gram weight. So if you're measuring out your batter to be equal weight you have to remember what each pans weighs. I would have thought the pans than were a set of two would be the same weight.

Update: Not sure re: results and Had to return two sets for defects.

Update: I’m not sure what’s going on but every time I bake a cake they dome in the center. Never had this problem with my older pans. This results in having to cut quite a bit of the tops off to get a nice, level two or three layer cake. It seems like the sides rise only to a certain point and no further. Am not sure why but it happens every time. I’m ordering another brand and will test to see if this happens again. I ordered two sets of two pans so that I could have the capacity to do three layers. The first set came perfect. The second had a pan with significant scratches. So I returned it and got an exchange. The exchange came defective. As you can see by the photos the coating is off. They wouldn’t accept another exchange so returning the set for another try, as I love these pans! They are sturdy and cakes really don’t stick. So easy to clean. They will not stack so will have to find a good locale for them. I recommend these pans but with the caveat that the coating is properly done.

Best bakeware you can buy -

Buy it/them and you won't be disappointed. I'm sure. These are made in the USA making them even more attractive to buy to me but the best selling point is there perfect heat distribution and easy release of baked goods.

Best pan out there

There is nothing to dislike about this baking, ware it’s strong very well belt and you can’t go wrong with the USA pan. I have multiple pans buy them and love everyone of them.

Best bakeware

Love this bake ware. It never sticks! and slides right out of the pan. I have thrown away all my other pans. These really are the best!

Great Pans!

I love these cake pans. Sides are a little higher, they release easily. Cleanup is a breeze. I wish I’d known what a great product USA Pan Bakeware is when I first started stocking my kitchen 25+ years ago-they would have been the only metal bakeware I bought. Only complaint is that they don’t nest, so the pans take up a lot more room (especially if you’re in short supply of storage)

This has made me a much better baker!

I am amazed how these just popped out into my hand as I inverted the cake pan. Every crumb came out, the cake was perfectly intact and beautifully browned. My cake pans were a warehouse purchase in “acceptable” condition. I see a tiny dent that will not effect cake shape or longevity at all. I love this brand! I fell in love with a muffin pan. My second purchase was the Pullman loaf pan, which I highly recommend. After this experience with the cake pan, I have now purchased two 9x13” with lids and a pie pan which are on their way to me. Next on my list will be the loaf pans! I think I’ll donate my Pyrex... They are a bit higher maintenance, in that they require hand washing and no metal utensils. However, washing up was a breeze with no food stuck in it.

Excellent Product!

These pans are excellent. Very easy to clean, my cakes were easy to remove. I did grease the pans first and then put in a circle of parchment paper and also greased the paper. The cakes cooked very well. When I took the cakes out and placed them on a wire rack to cool down, the pans cooled down quickly. The cakes came out of the pans no problem and nothing stuck. I washed the pans in my sink and there was no peeling or chipping of the pans. Very happy with my purchase.

No need to butter

Love these round pans and I didn't think I was going to love it this much! The easy to wash to use and bakes the cakes really well and NO need to butter the pans!!!

Used my pans to make a layer cake and the outcome was perfect. Over the years, I've started collecting USA made cookware because they are GOOD! These round pans have a beautiful finish and you know ahead of time that your cakes aren't going to stick and fall apart once you take them out. Will purchase more...
