Aveeno Kids Hydrating Detangling Spray with Oat Extract, Quickly & Gently Detangles Kids' Hair, Tear-Free & Suitable for Skin & Scalp, Light Fragrance, Hypoallergenic, 10 fl. Oz Refreshing hair detangling spray. It sprays a fine mist and smells great. It has some kind of citrusy scent but is mild and does not linger much.

Smells gross

Got this because I'm familiar with the Aveeno brand. This doesn't smell very good, kind of smells old. Won't be getting this again.

works great to untangle curly hair

This spray works just great to detangle curly hair on wet and dry hair. The smell doesn’t bother me because it’s a light scent. Aveeno has a strong reputation and therefore I trust this product is formulated without parabens, phthalates and sulfates, as advertised.

I don't think it's just for kids but teens also

My daughter loves this as she has long hair that can be curly and well out of control the smell is mild and pleasant at the same, she uses this every couple of days to help tame and control her hair.

Amazing for detangling curly hair

Works great at helping to detangle curly hair! It does have a light fragrance, as mentioned in the listing, and while I can’t quite place what the smell is, it doesn’t bother me at all. The spray bottle works well, spraying out an even mist rather than spitting it out (iykyk).

Great detangler if you don't mind the scent

I've always loved using Aveeno lotions and washes on my kids because I know I can trust them. Their skin responds well and it's pretty soothing. An Aveeno hair product felt like a good next step. My toddler has somewhat curly, yet fine, hair, which means she usually has a huge mess of tangles on the back of her head. She also hates getting her hair brushed. Win, win, right? I sprayed this in her hair after the bath expecting it to help a little bit — I still expected some resistance — but the brush went through her hair like butter. I was a little bit shocked, honestly. The smell isn't my favorite, but I have a curl leave-in spray that I like to use after her hair has been brushed anyway. So, good brand, smooth hair, no-fuss brushing? I'm sold. I'll probably try this on my own hair, honestly, since I also have slight curl. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a non-irritating detangler for their child.

Comfortable, helps detangle, almost unscented

This basic spray is comfortable on the hair, has almost no scent, and really does help detangle! You get a good amount in the bottle and it's very easy to use. It didn't lead to crunchy hair or leave a noticeable texture or residue. Really does help detangle! Overall, I would recommend it.
