Worked like a champ

These worked great. Fit well in Blue Sea Contura brackets. Some of the female clips I installed were tight, but they stayed put with lots of installation pressure. BTW - don't worry about ground circuit wire size for these switches. The ground is only supporting the LED in the switch. Load wires need to reflect distance and amperage of circuit. I ran 4 ground circuits for the switches in 18 GA, where the hot LOAD wires were 12 and 14 GA because they were switching significant wattage circuits.

EZ Replacement

I purchased a Blue Sea Systems 8372 panel switch in 2013 and after surviving years of frequent use and Hurricane Irma one of the switches finally gave out. This was a reasonably priced replacement and installation was a no-brainer. Looking forward to more years of enjoyment.

Great switch! Perfect for those who want a light ...

Great switch! Perfect for those who want a light indicating the switch is on, but don't want to be able to see that light indicator from the space station. Matches the interior lighting of my car (Suzuki SX4) perfectly. If wired correctly, the light is off when the switch is off. The light on the switch turns on only when the switch is on... To a previous reviewer: if your switch light is on all the time, switch the connections on your load and positive terminals on the switch. That should fix your problem -- an incorrectly wired switch should not negatively affect the reviews of this item.

A great choice for a marine SPDT switch

Slightly better build quality, in my opinion, than the SeaSense switches. A perfect fit in the Contura panel mount.

If you're buying electrical components for your boat and you want the best you have it in Blue Sea. It's higher quality and thankfully amazon carries it.

Not usable as a running light/Anchor light as advertised. This turns on all the lights or none. I needed to be able to turn on all lights or just the anchor light. If this is possible with this switch then maybe they should put the wiring diagram for that with the switch. I went back for the DPDT switch to do the job.

Good quality switch.

LED Stays on all the time and drains my battery. Solution was to not wire up the led. Would be better if the LED turned on when the switch is on, and off when the switch is off.

Not a Momentary Switch

It works and is built sturdy, but the product is falsely labeled as a "momentary" switch. The switch toggles between ON and OFF and stays in either position. A true "momentary" switch should return to off after switch is released from ON position.
