Exactly as advertised
My Chiropractor had me using this for a month and a half. It’s saved me. This wobble ball is very well-made and worth all the money. It doesn’t feel like it’s due anything initially but it does. It is a lifesaver for the back.

GREAT for low back issues!
I use this to help stretch and train my low back muscles from disc compression and arthritis pain. When I wake up in the morning, I can barely move my mid section from the pain. I sit on this and do some stretches and hip rotation and it’s like a travel yoga ball. It’s excellent quality and perfect for the small exercise needs!

Recieved in timely manner, good quality.
Recieved the BodySport Balance Disc in a timely manner. Appears good quality. Would have liked it inflated more upon arrival but was still able to immediately use it.

Newer Side Inflation Port Big improvement
I recently purchased a second disc to be able to do more exercises. However it would not inflate through the port on the flat side of rthe disc no matter what I did. I had had this same problem with this model of disc before and had to return it for an exchange. This time I returned the disc to Amazon for a replacement hoping I would have more success. And YES! the replacement inflated easily but in this replacement I noticed the inflation port was on the side of the disc. I don't know if this repositioning made a difference in improving inflation but I was glad it worked. i keep my discs in the kitchen and stand on one or both while I am doing tasks. It is great for ankle flexibility as well as overall balance training,

Works Great For Balance
These are slightly inflated when shipped. We inflated them a little more for our liking. They are great for balance! My husband and I really like them!

Needs an air pump included.
Didn't include an air pump otherwise it's a great product. I'm going to take it to a bike shop or return it and get a balance disc with a pump included. It came in with little air in it so I haven't been able to stand on it yet to do my physical therapy for my knees.

No pump to inflate
Product does not come with the pump. It is indicated that it does not but I didn't notice it, just letting people know in case they don't see it. Product is great I'm satisfied with it.

It's fantastic
It works perfect. Although you will need one of those tiny inflatable needles to add air to it. Mine was a little deflated, but luckily I already had the needle to fill it up with air.
