Bohning Blazer Fletch Jig not good

The plastic construction is very cheap and the fletch holder does not stay attached to the main unit very well. I would not recommend this item

Limited but effective

I bought this in order to repair arrows/bolts for my crossbow. As per previous reviews it is intended for narrow diameter arrows. I was able to modify it by removing material from the clamp, so now it allows wider diameter arrows. I use 20" Barnett Headhunter bolts and Carbon Express Maxima Hunter bolts. Also glued a 3/8" spacer to the jig so the vanes are further back as the default spacing had the vanes interfering with the cocking mechanism on my crossbow. Works for my needs now, but only for 2" vanes. I would have bought the Tower unit had I realized these limitations, but it.s working dependably.

Works good, Shame its only made for smaller diameter arrows.
