UPEASY STABILITY

Although the idea, concept and style are functional, one must be very cautious about using this product. Although it was set for my weight, I note that I must have some assistance from another party while sitting down at a dinner table as the distance between the product and the table does not allow me to place my legs (fully) under the table. Either the table has to be moved towards me or I have to be pushed so that my legs are under the table. When I get up from the table, someone must be beside me as the product will suddenly push me up together with the table. In this case, the product is not very practical.

Put in center of couch cushion

A great, portable solution for getting up and out of a chair, etc. - planning on getting a second one for upstairs computer chair. Word of caution- Don't put near edge of a couch cushion - you may tip sideways. Had hat happen to my wife, and the unit collapsed and stopped working. I'm a fixer, so looked inside ... the gas strut popped out of place. No big deal ... figured out the mechanism and fixed it in about 15 minutes - feel free to contact me (through Amazon ?) for a description or telcom on what to do. This is a very handy addition to make our home more user-friendly, and well worth the low $$.

Extremely sensitive.

The product definitely works, but us extremely sensitive and too heavy to carry from the couch to a dining chair. It actually left indentations on our leather sofa and so I wish the seller would advise placing protective cushioning under the assist.

Great help for people who have trouble getting up from chairs. It’s very easy to use.

I have problems rising from chairs, couches, benches. Wasn’t sure about how helpful the cushion would be but decided to give it a try. Accidentally ordered two, and I’m very glad I did. I keep one at church and one with me.

it makes my mom's life easy and enjoyable again

My mom had knee replacement surgery after surgery she could not lift her self any more. this lifting cushion makes her life easy and she is very happy now. Before using it, you guys definitely weight your self to adjust the hydraulic lifter.

Incomodo para personas grandes

Cumple su función y si es un propulsor de personas si no lo ajustas en el peso correcto. Mi abuela es una persona grande de tamaño y dice que es muy incomodo estar sentado en el aparato sin embargo le ayuda a levantarse y sentarse. Pero prefiere no usarlo debido a la incomodidad.
