Got what I ordered

Helmet arrived, and surprisingly fits my large head nicely. However, as stated in other reviews the left side of the helmet where the visor is attached is not present and it allows the left side to come detached. I only purchased this product for a lesson in my classroom so it suits the purpose. But be careful if ordering for a costume.

Good size fits all adults tall or small

It’s great. I was concerned about getting it broken, but arrived well. I used it for a Halloween day thing at work. Now it’s in my room for display.

Great helmet!

This helmet complimented my daughter’s Halloween costume so well! I wasn’t sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. I glued in a little bit of foam on each side of the helmet so it felt comfortable on the tops of her shoulders and we painted over the orange to make the stripes pink so it coordinated with her pink jumpsuit. Highly recommend!

Sturdy helmet, great for an Among Us cosplay

The media could not be loaded. Good sturdy helmet. It has some odd embroidered sticker patches that are glued on, so if you're getting this for an Among Us cosplay like I am just know you'll need to peel those off and scrape off the glue. Can't wait to tint the visor, add a voice modulator, throw some fans in to keep me cool at cons, and run around like a nerd in my costume Included pics of how to remove the visor so you can paint the helmet and a video for how to tint the visor. You wanna pinch the little plastic bolt together and pusb with the pliers while you gently but firmly tug on the visor from the outside. I'm using Spaz Stix mirror chrome sprayed on the INSIDE of the visor to mirror tint it. You just want to spray a light coating, since this is a full helmet, it'll be easy to block out the view of your face. Spaz Stix wipes off super easy so seal with a clear gloss spray

The Helmet is havily scratched

Although the package came on time and the box wasn't damaged, the helmet is scratched and the helmet mount comes apart. I am returning the product and looking for another one.

Nice looking helmet, odd color scheme

This is a very good looking space helmet to complement any astronaut costume. A tad expensive, but best one on Amazon for sure. Shape is very sleek and 'old style' sci-fi in appearance (think Space 1999). And like the visor which can go up and down. What I don't like is the color scheme chosen. Why blue and orange trim/striping? Makes no sense. Also it is a adorned with red, white, and blue "Space Explorer" and American flag fabric patches, which don't go at all with said color scheme. Another drawback is packaging - although this came to me undamaged, the box was rather flimsy and the helmet was just inside a plastic bag inside the box. I could easily see where it could have gotten crushed or cracked. Still, I'm overall pleased. I may do a little paint job on the trim to make it black, which would better complement the trim on the astronaut costume I have. Another drawback is the gap there is between the helmet and the costume, which makes it pretty obvious it's not contiguous with the suit you wear with it (how could it be airtight?). I may also add some fabric at the bottom to tuck in the collar to resolve that and make it look more authentic.

Took much longer than expected and not high quality

The helmet will serve its purpose for cosplay, but it’s very flimsy and the current painting does not align properly. It also took much longer than expected to receive, even though it stated Prime Shipping. It continued to be delayed and upon contacting Amazon they said there was a “problem” with the order on their end, but wouldn’t explain further. Arrived 9 days after ordering which was too late for it’s intended use.

Good Fit

Fit fine - and lots of kids had to try it on and get their picture taken. Dressed in a astronauts costume for the 4th parade, I stopped at groups of kids and asked who wanted to go to the moon? - and then how U gona get there? affirmative answers received a small plastic space ship with instructions that when they got big they could help build a big space ship to take them there. The future will be so completely different from what exists today - this dark age we curently live in with (25 million unemployed), we have to give our youth back their birthright of inquisitiveness and creativity, Young people today have had their future sabotaged and we must give it back to them. The leading British scientist, Burtrum Russell, in the late 40's said "I love this new invention, television, as with it we will be able to teach children that snow is black" We must go back to our American roots and envision what the future should/could be like for our kids and help bring it on.
