Slides too easily on countertop. Not enough grip.

There are only a total of 2 anti skid pads on the bottom of the grill, located in the 2 rear corners. There are no anti skid pads on the front section. The company took the short cut and did not install them on ALL 4 corners. Because of that oversight, the grill is VERY easily bumped or moved with the very slightest touch. Even the material used for the ones that are on there are very smooth and has very little gripping ability. If they update the design, please put anti skid pads on all 4 corners, and used a different type of rubber, or whatever material that it is made from. If this griddle was ever used on a sailboat, you can very well expect to eat your pancakes off of the floor, because it definitely won’t stay on the table. Because of that inferior design flaw, I give the griddle a 3 star, instead of 5 star review.

Heat element burned through surface

Have not been happy with this griddle. It's difficult to adjust and the heating element has now burned through the surface of the griddle.

Perfect for the dorm

I bought this for my dorm room and it was the perfect size and easy to clean

This is an awesome griddle

I have thought about getting one for awhile, but didn't want to spend much, this was a great price. The best things about it is it is very lightweight, has enough space for 6 pancakes/sandwiches, and is immersible/dishwasher safe. I love not having to worry about it getting wet. Cleans up fast. My elderly mom can use it because its so light. Love the drip tray and channels on the side for butter/fat to slide out of too. I did notice that it heats more right over the heating element if you leave it in one spot, but turning and moving eggs, pancakes or whatever around it all cooks up pretty well.

Too Small for My Needs

Much smaller than it appears. You could do two pancakes or eggs and bacon, but not everything they show in the photo.

Easy clean up. Yes it has a short cord! Most appliances these days have Short cords” it’s a law! First time usage, bacon eggs and pancakes all at the same time! Great product!! Eggs came out PERFECTLY

I should have realized with the measurements how small this is! It works great, though, and it's just two of us in our household so it suits our purpose. Mostly use if for our pancakes...

Good grill

The drip tray holder was broken when it arrived. Works for pancakes, but won't use it for eggs or anything that could leak.

Temperature gauge not working.

I've only used this product twice. First time my bacon and eggs quickly overcooked even though my temperature was set at 300. I reread instructions a I did everything the booklet said. Yesterday, second try, I lowered the temperature and the peameal bacon again stuck to the pan and dried it out within minutes. The temperature gauge is definitely not working. I bought this through Amazon Canada and return is no longer available. I'm am not going to pay to send it to the U.S. for repairs.
