For real, it's the wrong diameter

Does not match size of existing 3/4" downrod. Wierd non-standard size. Had to pony up for a rod a 2x the price. Returning.

THIS IS ONLY 3/4" !!!

The industry standard for down rods is 1" These are not ceiling fan down rods. Good product just not what it should be. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR LISTING INFORMATION.

Nowhere near what they tell you you're buying. Stay away.

Thanks for another Chinese piece of crap that isn't even close to the product description. Diameter - WRONG. One threaded end - WRONG. I suppose you might get away with calling this thing bronze, unless you were a realist. Then you would correctly call it BLACK. Since I live next door to a hardware store, own about every tool you could ever need to do ANYTHING, and once ran/maintained nuclear reactors, I was able to modify this junk so that it would actually hang a ceiling fan. Wear your best engineer's cap, bring a saw,drill plus a host of other tools, and hope for the best! Or look elsewhere for a down rod. Dear Design House, thanks for ruining a Sunday afternoon.
