Speaker is awful

It’s a cool guitar I guess but the speaker you can hardly hear it at all and it sounds awful. Really surprised by the quality of the speaker.

Cheap. Strings come off and sound dis not play

Broke within hour of opening.

Christmas gift for my daughter after opening and trying to play instrument the strings broke and there was no battery included.

Bittersweet

Got this for my 3 year old son for Christmas, he loves it and we hate it. We've let him run riot with it and it's still around. The strings are basically carbon steel, and the button to play the tune can withstand 400 million presses. Please help
