This is a knockoff of the real product.

I have used the real Dr. botanicals Morrocan rose super food facial oil, and this ain't it. The packaging is different, consistency and smell are different, it's oddly sticky, and it bubbles up like soapy water when you shake it. HOWEVER, I actually still really like how it makes my skin look and feel. It isn't as nice as the real thing, but it still makes my skin feel super soft and hydrated, bouncy, and glowy. It also works great under makeup because of its slightly tacky finish. I am not even mad considering the cost was much lower than the real product. It's not a bad product but it should not be marketed as Dr. Botanicals!!

Works with oily skin and looks great with makeup!

The media could not be loaded. I LOVE this oil. I got it in my IPSY bag and I have loved it ever since I first tried and have not stopped using it!! I have really oily and acne prone skin so I thought it would be counterintuitive to use an oil, but it has really helped moisturize my face and I’ve actually seen improvements in my skin!! But I mainly use it as a primer for my makeup and I feel it helps keep my foundation on longer and also gives me a nice glow with or without makeup (as seen in the video)!! It is very liquid-y when you first apply it but thickens up a little as you rub it around. Once it’s on it doesn’t leave my skin feeling like I’ve got gallons of oil on it! The scent is so good, too! I have relatively sensitive skin and a lot of products tend to turn my skin red but this one works just fine! The scent is not too powerful... only when you first apply it. But after a while the scent starts to fade away. From other reviews it seems hit or miss on whether you get a proper bottle but for me it is the exact same scent, color, and texture as the trial size I received and was filled all the way!

Awesome Product.

I was very skeptical to order this from Amazon due to the bizarre reviews. Before I ordered this I asked the seller to confirm that this is legitimate. Of course they said it comes directly from the UK and has been bought by Amazon at a discounted price. They said if I simply don't like it, I can return it for a full refund. So you cant really go wrong. I also got this product in an IPSY subscription box and fell in love. It is the best serum I've ever used and doesn't break me out or leave my face feeling sticky or slimy. Dr. Botanicals doesn't ship to the US YET but they are working on it per their website. For now I am going to continue purchasing it here, its cheaper and from what I've experienced isn't any different from the "real" product. Don't let the other negative reviews freak you out. They are petty and are untrue. If you get it and simply think its "fake" or has been tampered with in any way return it for a full refund!

Be Prepared Product wasn’t sealed!!!

The low rating is only because I was a little alarmed (as the product didn’t have a seal), it’s more of a safety concern for me. But, it smells just like the Dr. Botanicals I have had before. I actually tried this product through IPSY and I really liked it so, I decided to go ahead and make a purchase. This product had my skin glowing and I received a lot of compliments when I used it. I allowed people to use it as well, and they loved how it didn’t feel too overwhelming on the skin. Sometimes oils can feel really heavy on your skin and I feel this product doesn’t do that. It’s perfect for me, because after I use a good face wash my face tends to look extremely ashy.

Good Superfood for Skin

I am always on the look out for good beauty products. After doing a bit of research I wondered what the super model Naomi Campbell uses on her face to look so young. At the age of 50 years, she still looks half her age. So I did a bit of research and I read an article where she said the following about her skin care routine: “I always start with a cleansing cream and a little bit of liquid soap. I also use vitamin C and rose oil on my face". It was the above statement from the super model that lead me to research and buy this oil, I never knew about it or heard about it before. I can tell you it really works and I plan to use it for the rest of my life. I wish I learnt about it sooner. I apply the oil to my face every morning and every night as a part of my skin care regime. The product smells fine and I have notice significant improvement in my skin. People continue to think I am 10 years younger than my actual age and this oil should contribute to ensuring it stays that way. I love products that can help enhance skin health and beauty, as well as fight against aging. This product for me is a winner and now has a firm place in my cupboard of beauty oils I use to help me stay looking younger for as long as possible. For all of the above reasons, I will be purchasing this product every time I run out and I highly recommend this product. I think it is good value for money.

Gorgeous scent, works wonders

I've used this product several times, both purchasing from the company and having got small versions in beauty boxes and I'm addicted! This oil doesn't feel too oily as it were but sinks into my skin really quickly leaving it silky smooth and plumped up. I can apply primer or make up straight afterwards without anything sliding off though I tend to use it most before I go to bed so there's plenty of time for it to work its magic and I wake up with great skin. The scent is pleasantly floral, not just rose and not too heavy. It definitely adds a luxury sensory quality to an already luxurious product. I can highly recommend this oil for those with dry to oily skin as it sinks in well though you might need an extra boost if your skin is exceptionally dry (not tried it on ultra dry skin so not making claims on that kind of skin). You only need to use a few drops at a time so it's economical on price per use and the way my skin feels I think it's definitely worth the price.

Skin soft and not dry at all day

I am extremely fussy about my facial oil but my usual one has been discontinued I found this oil and when I tried it for the first time it soaked into my skin very quickly and was a bit worried that it would feel dry afterwards but my skin feels so supple and soft all day I have very dry skin and often have to re apply during the day but this oil last all through the day I am 100% happy will be buying more

Lovely smell and my skin looks great

Beautiful smell and feels silky smooth in application. I have been using this product twice daily for a week or so and have received several compliments on my skin. I can notice the difference myself. My skin has a glow and a more even tone and some small lines I had noticed aren’t noticeable any more. It is running down more quickly than I’d anticipated but I may be using too much so will be a bit more sparing in future. The directions do say to only use a few drops.

The real deal

Was concerned this may not be the real product at first considering the price on here compared to their actual website, glad I gave it a go though because it’s legit. This is perfect for my changing skin which switched from dry to combination, I use 6 drops of this mixed with my daily moisturiser and my skin has never looked better. Even nicer to know that this is an all vegan product with no animal testing involved, and only plant products are used.
