Great for servers not so much for cooks

I work as a cook at a sport bar, needed a good nonslip shoe. I wore these today for the first time and I slipped a few times which is not what I'm used to doing with my other shoes. In my opinion, these would be good for servers but not for cooks. Servers that don't spend much time in the kitchen and more time out on the floor. Great support and memory foam. They're comfortable and fit great but the non slip is lacking.

These are a Hit.

I picked these out for my husband based on the reviews. He works long hours as a chef in a busy kitchen so his back health and comfort are important. I ordered Wednesday and received next day. He hasn't worn them to work yet but did try them on and walked around the house. It's true to size and he said he loved the memory foam.

My favorite work shoes.

Slightly initial tightness which quickly stretches to probably the most comfortable work shoe I've ever owned. The only issue is the short longevity. I average 6 thousand steps per day. I go through 2 pairs a year. But at the cost, we'll worth it. Highly recommend this shoe if you are on your feet throughout your work day.

IMO, the E.L. Non Slip shoes are made well, comfortable and look nice. I do find they are spacious especially in the ankle area where I feel my foot slightly raise up in them but an added insole practically resolves this issue. I normally wear Merrell shoes, which are narrow in the ankle area.

I feel that the left shoe is a 1/2 size bigger than the right, had to put in additional insole to make them fit. Other wise as described.

Expect more from Chef Emeril!

Worn these shoes in the kitchen for close to a month. Not impressed, they look like they are 3 or 4 months old. Non slip is truly non slip but they are just plain ugly already. BAM! just telling it like it is. Not going to last but comfortable.

I have been working in restaurant industry for over 30 years and have never had a shoe fit like these ! They are amazing! Comfortable, practical, and great from first step I took in them! Get these you won’t regret it!!!
