Great fishing accessory

I purchased 3 of these, one for me and one for each of my kids to put in their tackle boxes. So far they work great, not positive how accurate they really are (to be fair i tried the same fish with all 3 and there was very little difference between the 3 we have only an ounce difference on one of them), but we are just doing it for fun and to get a general idea of weight of the fish we catch. They are very easy to use, my 7 year old works it just fine. Not sure how long they will last and keep worked, they do feel a little on the cheap side, but for 5 bucks even if i need to replace it every year or two I'm not too worried about it.

I received it today, it came unboxed missing the batteries. The outer box was taped closed so I'm not sure how that happened or if it was sent like that. I weighed my bag and it seems to work so I guess I can buy my own batteries....lol

Good value fot the money

Got as a gift for my father in law. It seemed like it wull work perfectly for when he catches the big one however box was damaged when it came but did not bother yhe scale itself.

Poor packaging, tape won't retract.

Although the weight measurements were OK (8.3 lbs measured 8.6 and 4oz measured 4oz.), the tape measure pulled out, but wouldn't retract. I opened the unit and then opened the tape measure enclosure to see why. The small plastic pin in the middle that holds the end of the tape was broken - Likely due to shipping and/or the mangled box. It should rewind much like the pull-start on a lawn mower. The tape is the spring. I believe I got a returned unit (box was open and torn). They probably figure many won't return the product being so inexpensive, they still make a profit overall.

I was pleased

I used it to calibrate my tork wrench. Tested it on weighing other things first to test accuracy . It was right there seemed very accurate.

Glitchy. Who knows how accurate. I don't. Using it to make bows-will eventually replace.
