Bought one for each member of my family.

My only disappointment is that I didn't realize that these were not the rechargeable version, and that was a bummer, but that is entirely on me. They are still an excellent gift, and all three very different individuals liked what they got.

Made My “Best Purchase” List!

Originally bought this light to use as a “lantern” on our porch in the evenings. We lost power late last night and we have been told it won’t be on until 3PM!!! Using this as a lantern in the house has been awesome this morning... no bright flashlight beams or Apple “flashlights” in your eyes from other family members! It has 2 settings for brightness as a lantern and desk lamp and 1 setting as a flashlight, which is sufficient lighting. Literally just reordered 2 more! And as a side note, it is attractive, so it looks nice in the house! (I think these may be my holiday gifts to family and friends!)

My Favorite Flashlight - Great for Dog-Walking

I love this flashlight! It's cheap (but in a good way), well made, and lightweight. The handle is a great idea. It makes it easy to hold this flashlight along with a dog's leash when walking at night. In fact, once I got this flashlight, I wondered why flashlights don't all have handles. This flashlight gives an amazing amount of light. It will actually illuminate all the way to the back fence of my 1-acre back yard so I can check on my dog when he goes out at night. I thought I needed to use my larger, heavier flashlight for that, but I recently tested the Enbrighten and it works just as well. It's become the flashlight I always reach for. I've been using it for over a year and just replaced the batteries. So far, I haven't used the other modes (lantern and desk light), but it's nice to know they're there.
