The extention is little hard to work but I've only used them a few times.

The color of the shears has a good desal of deep orange, i.e., contrasts sharply with the green color of the grass, bushes, and hedge so it you leave them somewhere, they are easy to spot. Generally speaking, Friskars is a good brand. The shears are solid, not lightweight nor heavy. Per Frikars, the shears are self-sharping and as a first owner, this product is guaranteed. Used them about 4 times and they easily cut grass -- my prior Craftsman shears did not -- and hedges.

Bought used; dirty but otherwise ok!

I bought used/returned pair for slight discount. The blades were dirty and have some plant residue on them. Whatever. I kept them. Fiskars is quality.

These shears are sharp and well made.

I got them today and immediately liked the heavy duty sturdiness. I need something to cut my Mexican Feather Grass, which is very tough yet strong as heck. It went through it like butta!

Sharp sharp sharp

These hedge trimmers are definitely Sharp so be careful. I didn't have any negative experiences with them but I could see that happening easily. I would definitely purchase these hedge clippers again.

i have a weed eater, but i snaps the line if there are any stalks. a hedge trimmer doesn't work on grass (nor will a weed eater it they are thick clumps) looked into a scythe, then found this beauty. it cuts everything quickly and with no exertion. i have tendonistis and carpal tunnel - used this with ease - without my are and wrist band THANK YOU FISKAR - FABULOUS quick and easy

Easy to use

They are not too heavy, give a sharp clean cut and compared to my old ones are a breeze to use. Even my son was so impressed that he got one for himself.

Hedge Shears

Good shears. Light enough that you do not get tried using them and blade is long enough for many different jobs. Would like the blades to be a bit sharper however, makes some job a bit harder than they need to be.

No gimmick shears

The power lever thing really does its job. It is sharp out of the box and the rest of it seems well built to last a few years. I am satisfied
