FAKE!

Sadly, the product received is absolutely fake. I could tell immediately because the logo was some cheap word font. I immediately packed the item and sent it back and repurchased the item directly from the FUNBOY website. What a huge waste of time and effort. The first 4 images are the fake product received from Amazon and the last two are the real item I repurchased directly through FunBoy. So lame that this product was advertised on Amazon as “Amazons Choice.” Buyers beware of this rip off.

Terrible it was ripped Noticed it halfway through when I was halfway home and started to deflate

The media could not be loaded. So disappointed I was so excited for this pool blew it all up which was not easy started filling it up which takes forever than the middle layer started to deflate so it was ripped a long terrible seller

I wanted to love this pool and did the first time my daughter used it however by the 2nd time it already had a hole and instantly began deflating despite careful use and storing it in between using! If I had known I would not have bought one. My mother had been hospitalized for coronavirus and because I had been dealing with that I missed the return window by 4 days. I would think carefully before buying Funboy they are definitely not as well made as before.

Waste of money, cheaply made

Funboy should be ashamed. We bought this last week and when we tried to fill it it already had a hole in it!!! Paid almost 50 bucks for this cheap piece of plastic. Buy elsewhere if you’re looking for a study, decent pool. What a rip off!!

Can't Inflate

I purchased the Tropical Palm version, and the pool itself is beautiful (I also have the Moroccan Dream one from a previous purchase). Unfortunately, it is not compatible with the pump I purchased from Funboy specifically to inflate their pools; the valves do not work with any of the pump attachments. I contacted customer service, who sent me a replacement pool (but charged me shipping) and promised that this one would have the correct valves, but alas, it did not. Now, I have a pool I cannot use, customer service is not responding to any additional requests, and I have not received any kind of refund. I'm not sure why a company would sell a pump that they claim is specifically equipped for their pools and then sell incompatible items, but I am extremely disappointed.

Terrible company

Pool had a leak when I opened it. I bought it in winter and so of course by the time I opened was past the 30 day period. Customer service was like sorry, but we'll give you 15% off if you want to buy another $50 piece of trash.
