Hair's next best friend!

I've bought hair pins in the past and have been disappointed. They peeled and the end nubs would fall off either with light use or with moisture. The bits that would peel off would be in my hair as shown when I would touch my hair or comb it. I started looking for good quality hair pins. I found these on a youtube video. It got great reviews so I bought it. So far, I love it!! It comes with two sets of hair pins -- a thicker and a thinner type. I've mainly been using the thicker one as I have thick, natural hair. The thin ones are easily manipulated and bend so I would imagine that they are for thinner or to help maintain loose bits of hair in certain hairstyles? That is the only reason why I give this product a 4 out of 5. Would be perfect if there was only the thick ones. So far they are holding up well. I will post an update if anything changes. I would definitely recommend them!

Not Bobby pins

I brought because I thought they were bobby pins. Imagine my shock when they arrived and I found out they were hair pins... not what I wanted...

Good, but only the thicker pins work better.

I love these hair pins and they work better when you spray them with hairspray first, otherwise they tend to slip out. The thin pins are garbage with thick hair- they bend too easily, and they completely slip out even with tons of hairspray sprayed on. I wish there was a package with only thick pins.

Not as firm or good of quality as by actual Bun Heads dance hair pins. A little flimsy but does the job to hold my bun in place if I put enough of them in. I have pretty thick and heavy hair so next time I may purchase hair pens that have a little more metal to them!

I like them

I've been looking for hair pins that don't shed and the ends stay on. These don't shed and the ends stay on. I don't find those black plastic shedding in my hair and don't have to worry about my hair being damaged when I pull these pins out. I only wish they may the longer ones.
