I bought this to do some "spot" work in the yard so I didn't have to gas up my "main" yard blower. This one is pretty close to my gas-powered one for sheer power. I live in FL so there aren't many heavy leaf projects so this is a GREAT blower for those types of jobs - highly recommend.

Pretty good blower

Bought a new Greenworks 40v battery and charger at Walmart because they were on clearance for $20. Decided to get this blower to use them on. Was a little confused because some places say only use the GMax battery with this blower and the battery I had bought was the older plain vanilla battery. Works fine. Blower is definitely not as powerful as my Craftsman and previous corded blowers but does pretty well for the price. Great for doing the roof top and gutters. Not quite strong enough to blow all the way under a vehicle and out the other side while cleaning the driveway.

I bought this for the lighter jobs and avoid breaking out the heavier gas powered back pack blower. It definitely does not replace the back pack blowers power by any stretch but is MUCH lighter and easier to carry, operate and requires not gas of start up. I still have and use the back pack gas blower for fall clean up and heavy clearing of sand and debris but this electric is perfect for grass clippings after cutting the lawn or a quick blowing off of the driveway and quiet enough to not piss off my neighbors in the morning. NOTE: I also break it out when I wash my truck to push out the water behind the mirrors, gas compartment and door jams when I'm drying it off. very handy and easy being that its electric\

Lots of power!

This leaf blower has plenty of power, works well! My only complaint is battery life. The 40V 2ah battery only runs about 20 minutes continuously.

I love it!

I had purchased a different brand and ended up sending it back. I'm so glad I made that decision. This leaf blower is nowhere in the league with that other brand. I love these products. This is the third tool I have bought from this company and I like the idea that the battery fits all three tools. I'm extremely happy with each tool I have bought (leaf blower, hedge trimmer and lawn mower).

Have Extra Batteries

More power than I anticipated. Works better without the smaller nozzle on the end. Battery life is ok, but I have 4 extra batteries. If you only have one, you'll likely be disappointed in how much you can get done. I use it to blow fall leaves into piles. With the extra batteries, it works as well as my gas blower without the hassle.

Im pleased

I bought this as I have another Greenworks cordless item and it takes the same battery. This leaf blower has good power and even a boosted switch for additional blowing speed, if needed. The item is not super light, but it is comfortable to hold and carry while moving leaves and debris from patios, lawn and walkways.
