great small wax melter

have used this twice now for some homemade candle-making... it does about a half pound of wax at a time.. once melted you can add more flakes.. supports hard wax, flakes etc.. small counter footprint and works fine so far..

Be careful, can be hazardous!

Please be careful when using this product. I’m a few candles in, and I noticed that the top of the unit has started melting. I tried wiping it up, thinking it was just wax, and a sticky black plastic material came up. The top is also starting to melt. Other than the unit itself melting like the wax you are supposed to put in it - it worked. Temperature controls are easy and heats up fairly fast for such a small/inexpensive unit. I’m able to melt enough wax for around a 10-12oz candle. After about 5 candles, the printing on the front is starting to fade already. I’ll be taking this product back though..

A little smaller than I thought

It's smaller than I thought and the cord is really short but it works well. I use it to melt wax and keep it at a specific temperature for my wax melt business and it's working pretty good so far.

So easy to use, no mess

I absolutely loved it was exactly what I thought it would be, one mason jar fills the pot full, and then once melted I add seven more scoops. Full melted pot makes one mason jar candle. Worked well with a few drops of essential oil, the pot was very easily cleaned. Little to absolutely no chance of being burned. So easy my okder kids could make candles too. I only wonder what the lid is for as I didn't see it in the instructions.

Not suitable for English mains connection

When I finally opened this item I found that I cannot use it as the lead supplied with it is not suitable for English connection. Can you supply a lead that is suitable or will I have to return the item.

the plug doesn’t fit in plug socket so will now need to buy an adapter for it
