Make sure the package isn't empty when it arrives

The product works as described. It would be better if the center hole was drilled all the way through so you could set the ferrel at the correct distance up the shaft, rather than having to use a second tool to move it up further. I drilled mine all the way through. Be sure they package it correctly when sent. My first ferrel was not in the shipping package, as the package had a hole in it and it must have fallen out. A replacement was sent promptly, but then I was requested to send the original back, of which I didn't have. Eventually I was charged for two, rather than one. So the one I have is 2x more expensive than as advertised.

Good Product - Works Great!

I used this device when I changed out a graphite shaft on my fairway 3 wood. Works great and takes the difficulty out of placing stubborn ferrules. I'm glad I bought it.
