A bit more complicated than other products in this line to assemble
The Homestyles Bedford Queen bedframe is exceedingly well documented and simple to assemble. I had high hopes this would be as well. It is very well organized and marked, so no mysteries. But, some of the fittings are awfully tight and it's easy to damage the components. While the instructions are quite straight forward, it's not quite as "plain english" as would be helpful. You're assembling this in stages, and it's not always clear what you're doing, when and why. And, should you get confused and have to backtrack - you pretty much have to disassemble the entire piece back to that stage. No all the pre-drilled cam holes were the right depth, which you don't discover until you insert the pieces - and they don't fit right. Very, very frustration. Still, this looks really nice with the bed and I'm pleased with the purchase. I've ordered glass tops to protect them, as this is not a high gloss finish and will easily scratch or get damaged.

The piece is sturdy and easy to put together. Worth the price, this piece will definitely last me for quite a few years.

These are cream not white, false advertising
Luckily I'm okay with them being cream but they are not white. If you are looking for white end tables, these are not what you want. Instructions are very vague. Read them over carefully and think through them logically before assembling each piece. It would be very easy to put something on backwards. I see many posting dissatisfaction with this product having a gap on the front above the drawer. That is because you put on the top piece wrong!

I researched this item on this site and one other. While I truly love the quality of this product and it came in extremely fast, the one thing that questioned me was the mixed reviews on the color. It was kind of 50/50 some saying white, some saying antique white...I took a chance thinking it was white, and I am here to tell you I am NOT colorblind, nor do I have any major eye issues, but this clearly is NOT white. This is definitely antique white. The picture does show you white, but don't be fooled. I am very happy with the quality, and the instructions on how to put it together, fairly easy, but since this was going in a corner where it wouldn't really been seen due to the bed being in front, I opted to keep it. I love it other than the false misleading representation of it being white...IT IS CLEARLY NOT. I think the title should be changed and the picture as well to represent the "true color" of what you are purchasing

I love the style of these night stands
I love the style of these night stands. They came packaged very well. There were a few very minor nicks, but in very inconspicuous places. The assembly was a bit bit tedious, but my husband and I were prepared for that, and we are both pretty patient and want it to be right. We read other reviews on what to watch for in the assembly. Be patient, read the instructions carefully. If we would change anything in the instructions, it would be to hold off on attaching the D piece - the bottom frame that goes under the drawer. That comes early in the assembly process. They have holes pre-drilled to attach D, but it isn't necessarily going to insure that the drawer lines up straight. You can play with that part at the end, adjusting to get it straight. For the money.. I love these nightstands. It is definitely a cream color... but that works for me.

Fortunately, it works fine in the room anyway because ...
THIS IS NOT WHITE. We purchased a whole set of this line to match the white chair rail in our guest room... only to find out that, in fact, it is a very far cry from the true white of our accents. Fortunately, it works fine in the room anyway because of other colors... but it is a very nice off-white or ivory color and this was not reflected clearly in the product description. This is a nice, simple, small bedside table in our guest room. It was easy to assemble and gets the job done, without looking like it came directly out of the box. There isn't much storage space in the drawer, but we don't need much for a guest room. The drawer slides in and out very smoothly. This line is wonderful for the price and I would highly recommend it if you're okay with the color.

Not exactly what I thought, but still works
This is definitely ivory/beige and NOT white. I still ended up being fine with it. I got the chest as well. But I am bummed because I had to change out the curtains and comforter in my daughters room because they were white white and it just did not go. It is still cute and good quality. Assembly wasn’t too bad.

I was very pleased with this item
I was very pleased with this item. Colour matched my antique white baseboards perfectly and it looked very cottage-like in my spare bedroom. Not being skilled in assembling furniture, I was able to manage with the instructions provided but questioned one of the pieces at the back in which case, I felt the instructions provided for a piece to be assembled backward. This item was sturdy and the drawer worked well on the gliders.

Nice table.. but in certain lighting it has a yellow tinge as opposed to the "bright white".
