It’s great!

I have been using Bessel years. The last carpet cleaner I got didn’t last long and it had small tanks. So I decided to give this one a shot! And it’s great! I’ve cleaned my carpet a few times now and it gets better each time! I can get through half of my living room before having to change and add water! I have a elderly dog the makes a lot of messes and this carpet cleaner get everything up like it never happened!

Real deep cleaning

I used this on my 20 year carpet. I've owned other name brand shampooers, but this one is tops! Great suction power, letting carpet dry quicker. Lightweight and it's easily cleaned after use.

Works great!

I did a cycle through the entire 2 bedroom apartment, hallway and living room included. Works great and dried VERY quickly, which is great when you have small children running around. I did one part of the house, had my children stay in my bedroom to watch tv while it dried and vise versa.

Definitely worth buying

Before buying this I read through the reviews and while they looked a little mixed, I was pleased with the positive reviews enough to buy it. The negative reviews didn't make much sense overall. After using it for the first time I was just testing it out and I could see why there was negative reviews and comparing it to Bissell. It's an operator error because the dirty water catchment wasn't secured properly, even though it looks like it. You have to fix it so it kinda locks into place with the hose connected to the scrubbing brushes. Anyway, this thing as a badass!! I was doing someone's area rug that was pretty dirty and by the end the water was black! Second pass I did with hot water and by the end it was kinda cloudy/merky. That's a good thing btw because it was a night and day (literally) difference. Since it was an area rug, I decided to test something else out which was pouring hot water directly into the rug itself. I wanted to see how well the suction was and if it was going to seep through. It didn't seep through. I obviously didn't cover it all in hot water but over the small area and quickly went over it. The hose can really suck up the liquid and isn't just limited to how much comes out when you press the button, which is reassuring. The cord could be longer and it could be a little quieter. I live in a townhouse so I don't really want to upset my neighbors. If I was going to be picky then I'd say that it would be nice if it was smart enabled to be able to see how much sqft and bristle usage and metrics like that, but I also wouldn't pay twice as much if it did. The other thing I would have liked is when you take the dirty catchment out and rubbed the side that a genie would appear and grant wishes. If you're uncertain about get one because of some of the reviews, don't be and just make sure it's all connected properly.

Haven't had any trouble yet but the handle seems flimsy I'm just careful with it but it cleans good

Incredible value!

I've tried every carpet cleaner on the market, seriously, every one. I have an industrial Dirt Devi and several Hoover and Bissel models and this one beats them all. I do take the time to take all of the brushes and cleaning buckets apart EVERY TIME to clean out any gunk not flushed from running water. We live in a rural area, 3 kids, a messy hubs, dirt road and I cannot turn away a stray animal. We have a 15 yo pug who's living out his years with a few struggles. I clean the carpets at least once a week and this unit cannot be beat.

While it cleans well and is easy to disassemble to clean it is a little time consuming. And it does leak a little but still a good barin

Do not try to use in Australia

Unfortunately I was sold an item that was incompatible with Australian electrical systems in the home. It blew the motor when switched on. I have tried to buy items from other countries before and have been advised by the supplier that it is not compatible for Australia. I was not warned on this occasion. A very expensive mistake for me!

Excelente lavadora

La primera vez que la usé le sacó lodo a la alfombra, a pesar de que usamos una buena aspiradora, la diferencia con esta lavadora es notable en las fibras de la alfombra. En la foto se puede ver la comparación, al lado derecho sólo le di una pasada. Es un poco pesada por la cantidad de agua que maneja, pero su funcionamiento es muy sencillo, el peso no hace difícil su manejo gracias a las buenas llantas y tiene un alto poder de succión. Es muy buena también para la limpieza de muebles gracias a los aditamentos. La usamos para lavar toda la alfombra del segundo piso y la de la sala, está última blanca, quedó muy bonita, también lavamos todos los sillones. La recomendamos ampliamente.

Muy muy buena

La acabo de usar y limpie dos tapetes, dos sillones, dos salas y una cabecera king size lo que me costó es lo que me sale cada que viene a limpiar. Yo la compre por la alergia de mi hijo ya que me dijo la dra que aspirara en agua. Use la media de agua y jabón para cada tapete, la sala igual una medida y la cabecera dos medidas. Lo único es que como los cepillos giran a todos lados es difícil de mover hacía adelante fácilmente pero por lo que hace puedo vivir con eso.
