This trap did not catch a single mouse. I had other traps out in the same locations and they had a mouse every night. I ended up returning these.

Does NOT Catch Mice

Mouse traps have to catch mice. This one doesn't and the ones I received probably never would because the spring mechanism under the entrance ramp is far, far too stiff for even a Herculean mouse to get past. A pity because the design looks as if it should work well. Maybe there are quality control issues in the manufacturing process? But, whatever the reason, these traps just don't work so any other discussion of pros and cons is clearly irrelevant. Returned to Amazon.
