I like it, has a decent weight to it and is comfortable. I borrowed one from my mother, this one doesn't have a "relaxing smell" to it like my mothers, so I miss that, otherwise good.

Great!
First of all, this smells AMAZING! I have only used it for heat and moist heat therapy and it's been awesome. My dad lives with me and he recently threw out his shoulder playing softball and the mobility of this to cover so much and stay on without having to hold it has been so helpful. At first, when we warmed it up for the allotted amount of time, it didn't seem like it would be hot enough since it wasn't almost burning us to the touch (like my moms super old version does) but it was actually really comfortable to wear and we didn't have to reheat as often as my moms either. My dad actually fell asleep with this on in his chair, when he had been complaining about not getting sleep because of his shoulder. I think it's great. And - it really does smell so good! I definitely think that scents also help with healing and with this, you kill yep birds with one stone :) I was fortunate to receive this at a discounted price for my honest and unbiased testing and review. My opinion is based solely on my personal experience with this heated (or cooled) wrap pack and not influenced by any outside sources.

no relief
disappointed for the price...doesn't stay hot long, doesn't stay cold long. I have a towel with rice sewn in that I bought from a church for a donation and it stays hot longer. I have really bad chronic pain and normally use an electric heating pad so I really wanted this for the cold factor. Since that wasn't great I tried heating it. I haven't tried the moisture recommendations so if I do that and get any relief from it I may change my review. Just don't want someone to buy this expecting a lot because it is pricey.

Loved it.
Loved the smell. And it help the cold long enough to get me the 20 min I needed for cold/heat alternating. Plus, I could keep doing what I needed to without have to stay still and balance ice packs!
