Arrived Deformed

The horsehairs are supposed to be ROUND. Product arrived all smashed up and deformed. Hairs going every which direction. Returned to manufacturer for a replacement. Hopefully the replacement will be ROUND as intended.

not impressed!

The problem is when you turn the Kirby on, the bristles, which are not rigid enough, close in and block the passage into the pipe. Not much makes it through. On my Kirby this brush is unusable.
