Fun Tool for Improving Agility.

I bought these rings for my daughters soccer team. We have several first time players who needed something to improve their footwork. These rings were a big hit. You could see the difference in skill sets and improvement through repetition. Everyone's favorite was arranging the rings like hopscotch, placing a ball at the end and having the players race through the course, dribble the ball and score. We played another game were we gave a few rings the names of states, tossed them randomly around the field and had the girls dribble to the state I yelled out. We then changed it up and assigned players the numbers 1 and 2 and told each number what city to run to. This was a great exercise for concentration. You can also perform many of the drills used with an agility ladder with these rings. The kids loved the rings and look forward to using them at every practice. The rings are sturdy, flat and handle normal abuse very well. They also, come a nice well made bag.

These are an excellent addition to any sport equipment. Highly recommended. The mesh bag that comes included is a heavy duty one. This is the second time I bought the item. Seller sent the product on time.

Nice rings. they came in a box so did not deform in shipping like the set I bought on Ebay. I'd definitely buy these again. I use them in my kickboxing class.
