Decent pad for "place" and other activities

We have one in navy blue that we got when our girl was a small puppy. She decided she didn't care much for the crate, so it has migrated around the house and now lives in the front bay window where she likes to lay when I'm at work during the day. They are thin and versatile, easy to launder and the blue one stood up well the last 6 months. She's not a chewer, so I can't attest to that, but she likes to lay on the fuzzy side and it's a nice large area we can use for "settle" and "place" commands. We are getting another dog this weekend so we brought the large crate in again and ordered a second version in olive green. Fits in the large crate perfectly and our current dog even went in to lay down on it without prompting. However, the olive green looks gray. It is not green. I thought it might have had the color mixed up, but I think the tag was marked green. Definitely not olive. More like pale sage green, if anything other than gray. Oh, well. Since the other dog is coming this weekend I will not exchange based on color. Also, as a crate pad, this is average in comfort. They are only designed to relieve the plastic bottom; I would never consider this a "bed" and my dogs have other actual beds, pillows, and blankets for when they want more substance beneath them.

The actual size of the mat is 18x28, NOT 19x30. Small for 19x30 dog crate.

Difficult to clean

I really wanted to love this dog bed. I've had it for a while. It feels nice, dog likes it... But it is SO HARD to get it cleaned. My god. If your dog has any kind of chew or food or whatever they're eating, DON'T let them eat it on this bed. The faux suede is like a damned magnet for crumbs and hair. Even after 2 washes (and no, my washing machine isn't old) it still has grossness sticking to it. Overall, not terrible for JUST a bed but really sucks for keeping clean.

Excellent dog mat beds

These dog mat beds are reversible with a neat brown linen side and a very soft & fluffy fleece side. My 3 dogs & 2 cats love them. I have them on the couch & a chair, so when 2-legged guests arrive, I can simply remove them. I bought the first ones about 5 years ago, & they are still soft & good-looking after many washings! Great product!

OK for a crate pad

Not the softest for a 70lb pup, but it is nicer than a bare crate bottom. One of my dogs actually gets it all jumbled up when he moves around in his crate.

Neutral and Soft

Fit perfectly in my pups kennel, it’s cute and soft my pup loves it so far. Cotton is coming out of it already though and my pup isn’t a chewer so I don’t know ????

Durable. Washable.

Had this crate mat for over a year now. It's been pooped on. It's been vomited on. It's been slept on every night. It washes up great. No staining on either side. Fluffs right back up after going in the dryer. Stitching is solid. Can recommend.

Not so durable

Product came quick and lab loved it! well she loved to chew it. Not very durable when up against a chewer. But looked good while lasted which was only a week.

This product is much better than advertised. It fits the small kennel perfectly, is soft and fluffy on one side and my dog loves to sleep on it.

A little thin, but otherwise great. I bought it because of the suede upper as my pup scratches at, and eats, the fake sheepskin fluff on most beds. This has it on the bottom but as I'm using it in her crate she hasn't flipped it. Plus the design with the bone and little dog cartoon is super-cute!
