Better than expected

I bought this particular style because it was a perfect size for the drawer and am really happy with it. It doesn’t slide around and fits all my knives perfectly.

Simple and effective

I didn't want my knives falling off of a magnet. Wood blocks are not the cleanest way to store knives safely. Then I found this. Genius! Granted it takes up some drawer space, but . . . knives are safely put away, they are not dulled by being all jumbled up, and the solution is so easily cleaned. In my opinion, this is a home run!

While wooden blocks are easier to use and more sturdy, food particles can get trapped, can be unhygienic Pros: -washable -mat part is non-slip -fit various sizes of knives, from cleaver to steak knives Cons: -a bit flimsy -relatively expensive for what it is
